Adopt An Athlete Recipient Application
One submission per child. Applications will be chosen based on the completed form, early submission, and need. Applications open July 1, 2025, and will close October 31, 2025. All recipients will be notified no later than November 7th, 2025, on if they were selected or not. If selected, our team will be in touch asking any further questions and giving more details for our pick-up event, along with other opportunities. Thank you for being so interested in this program.
